Building Developer

Founded in 1979, Burrard has created an international portfolio of communities spanning urban, resort, and recreational typologies, with our diverse work always sharing a common focus on the quality of place and experience.

We believe the impact of a space has the power to directly affect wellbeing; therefore we place critical importance on exercising a human-centered approach to design, prioritizing intuitive function alongside an elevated sense of aesthetic and creative placemaking. Our commitment to improving society and creating a positive legacy manifests itself beyond our business activities, to our ambitious philanthropic initiatives in fields such as healthcare, the arts, education and social services.

We are here for the long term. Our visionary outlook merges with a practical methodology - always thoughtful, considered, and of quality. It’s how we stand the test of time.
