With construction at NEXUS now topped off and remaining home inventory reintroduced, an expanded RSIR roster will collaborate with Burrard Community Care Team to close each transaction and assist homeowners through the process. Matt Van Damm, Vice President of New Development, appointed Denise Seavitt, a Founding Member of RSIR, alongside Joe Patterson, as NEXUS Sales Associates to manage both new and existing home sales through final closings as dedicated representatives.

“We’re proud to partner with Burrard’s Community Care Team to program a seamless closing process for our homebuyers,” said Van Damm. “NEXUS homebuyers will become homeowners in just a matter of months. We’re anticipating far more than the closing date and move-ins, and we look forward to contributing to an extraordinary homebuying experience.”

Van Damm draws upon more than fifteen years leading the delivery and occupancy of forty-two high-rise and mixed-use buildings in Manhattan and surrounding East Coast markets before relocating to Seattle and joining RSIR to lead NEXUS through its final sellout and occupancy.

“It’s exciting to witness the NEXUS transition from our presale teams to the closing team,” adds Dean Jones, President and CEO of RSIR. “After all, many of our team members are not only working on the project but we will also be homeowners in the community.”

Having also marketed, sold and closed more than two dozen condominium projects in the Seattle and Bellevue metro area over the past twenty-five years, Denise Seavitt has experienced downtown Seattle evolve into a world-class city on the rise.

“NEXUS is certainly ahead of the curve in design and technology,” said Seavitt. “I was just in the building today and four years of design and development will soon come into clear view for our homebuyers.”

A preview of the iconic tower was recently afforded to existing and prospective homebuyers during the At the NEXUS of it All event on April 11th. Seavitt reports an uptick in interest and offers since releasing the final twenty-eight officially and will be assisted by Patterson to welcome all homeowners to the community.
