NEXUS Sales Center to Close June 30th, 2018; Ahead of Schedule
NEXUS – downtown Seattle’s most successful condominium presale development, is scheduled to close for presales this Saturday, June 30th, 2018, 16 months ahead of estimated completion. This is the final opportunity for presales, after which remaining listings will be removed from the NWMLS and reintroduced in late 2019 when the building is scheduled for completion.
“I certainly encourage the buyers and brokers to visit me by this weekend to explore opportunities at NEXUS while we have an introductory price list and opportunities for home personalization,” said Michael Cannon, Sales Director for NEXUS. “We’ll be closed next week and will immediately begin our demolition of the model home and NEXUS Design Center.”
Cannon reports that 358 of 391 units (including two commercial condominiums) have been presold. In June alone more than $6 million in inventory was purchased with occupancy beginning in late 2019 – the only high-rise new construction property to close next year. Remaining two and three bedroom homes priced from $1.25M to $2.6M may still be purchased following the closure of the sales center, however, Cannon says those buyers will need to register by this weekend to secure current pricing.
