Design Center to Open Summer 2017 for Home Personalization.

A series of impressive milestones were reached recently at NEXUS as sales were reported on 300 of the 382 homes, while SKANSKA projects first occupancy in just 24 months.

“We are making tremendous progress with both sales and construction,” said Michael Cannon, Sales Director of NEXUS. “It’s exciting to think we are less than two years away from moving into Seattle’s most iconic address.”

NEXUS is just one of more than a dozen large scale developments reshaping the northeast corner of downtown Seattle, yet remarkably it’s the only residential community offering homes for purchase. Remaining homes at NEXUS are offered from below $1 million to more than $5 million.

“Prospective homebuyers are encouraged to visit our Sales Center to consider their options while we still have great selection,” adds Cannon. “We also offer personalization opportunities for those that enter into contract soon.”

Cannon confirms the NEXUS Design Center will open officially this summer with a collection of options and upgrades for presale buyers. Various high-tech and furnishing options will also be available through the development partners.
